A contributor using the penname ‘Srath-Liuchaidh’ (no confirmed dates) published the same prose dialogue in An Gàidheal 21 (1873) and later in the Highlander (29 May 1875). I am grateful to Dr Sheila M. Kidd for information about these earlier appearances.
