Pierre Mocaër | Per Mokaer (14 May 1887, Paris – 1961, Brest) was a Breton activist, politician, and author. He was a member of the Comité consultatif de Bretagne and of the Institut celtique. After WWII, he served as president of the federation ‘Kendalc’h’.
